How much does Express Entry cost for a couple?
A couple applying together pays the Government of Canada $3,350.

Both the processing fee and the Right of Permanent Residence Fee are charged per adult. Biometrics are not: IRCC caps them at a family maximum when two or more people apply at the same time, so the biometrics line does not double.
“Individual applicant : CAN$85. Families applying at the same time : maximum total fee of CAN$170”

When this answer doesn’t apply
- · It covers fees paid to the Government of Canada only. Language tests, educational credential assessments, medical exams and police certificates are paid to other organisations, which set their own prices.
- · It does not cover Provincial Nominee Program fees, which provinces charge separately.
- · Amounts are in Canadian dollars, as IRCC charges them. It does not convert currency.
- · The family biometrics maximum applies to a spouse or common-law partner and dependent children applying at the same time, not to any two people applying together.
These are limits of the answer, not a judgment about any reader’s situation. Working out which apply is yours to do.
