If you’re preparing an EB-2 National Interest Waiver petition, you’ve probably read dozens of blog posts and forum threads trying to guess what USCIS actually looks for. Almost none of them point back to a real decision. This site is an attempt to fix that: every case comes from a published USCIS Administrative Appeals Office decision, and every fact we show you is traceable to a page in that real document.
immigrate.io is a data company, not a law firm. We don’t get paid when you decide to file, and we don’t get paid more if you hire a particular lawyer — we don’t have a referral relationship with any law firm to disclose. We built this so people preparing their own petitions, and the lawyers working with them, can see what USCIS actually wrote in these appeal decisions, instead of relying on secondhand claims about what “usually works.”
Real decisions, not summaries
Every case on this site is a real, published USCIS Administrative Appeals Office decision. We link the original PDF so you can read it yourself.
Every fact is a quote
Structured fields (dates, findings, evidence types) are extracted with a verbatim source quote and page number attached. If we can't find the quote in the source, the field is left blank — not guessed.
No predictions, ever
Every case here was denied and then appealed. That makes this useless for estimating an approval rate, so we don't try — no scores, no odds, no "you qualify."
Not a law firm
This is a research tool, not legal advice. It won't tell you what to do. It will show you what USCIS has actually said in published decisions, so you can ask a better question.
