• Email address. When you join the waitlist, request results, or purchase a report, so we can deliver them and contact you about your request.
• Basic usage data. Standard, largely anonymous analytics (such as pages visited) to understand and improve the Service.

How we use it

• To generate your pathway matches and personalized report.
• To deliver what you asked for and provide customer support.
• To operate, secure and improve the Service.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers with third parties to market immigration services to you.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Service — for example hosting, database and payment processing. They process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.
