1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using immigrate.io (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and isn’t

We are not a law firm or licensed immigration consultancy. Our reports are informational tools based on publicly available government data. immigrate.io provides general information and self-service planning tools about immigration pathways, including score estimates calculated from official public points formulas.

Nothing on the Service is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney–client or advisor–client relationship. We do not provide legal representation or immigration filing services. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a regulated immigration advisor in the relevant country.

3. Accuracy and no guarantee of outcome

Immigration policies, eligibility criteria, fees, quotas and processing times change frequently and can have exceptions. While we work to keep our data current against official sources, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free, and figures may be out of date at any given moment. You are responsible for verifying all information with the official government source (which we link) before relying on it.

Immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, a particular score, processing time, or any outcome.

4. Purchases and payment

The full personalized report is available for a one-time fee of $49 USD. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. On successful payment you receive immediate access to your report and a private link by email. The purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view your own report.

5. Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your report, email support@mail.immigrate.io within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. No complicated conditions — we’d rather you feel the report was worth it. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping at scale, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, reselling reports, or using it for any unlawful purpose. The content and data compilation on the Service are protected and may not be republished commercially without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. immigrate.io and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
