1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is — and isn’t

We are not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here predicts the outcome of any immigration petition, including yours. The Service is a research tool: it presents structured facts extracted from published USCIS Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) non-precedent decisions, each linked back to the source document and page it came from.

Using the Service does not create an attorney–client relationship. We do not assess your eligibility, do not estimate your chances of approval, and do not recommend a course of action for your case. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed immigration attorney.

3. Accuracy and known limitations

Every decision on this site is a real document published by USCIS; we link the original PDF on every case page. Structured fields (dates, outcomes, extracted quotes) are produced by an automated process and checked against the source text, but errors are possible — see Methodology for how extraction and verification work, including measured accuracy rates. This archive only includes petitions that were denied and then appealed; it cannot be used to estimate an overall approval rate for any visa category, and it says nothing about the likelihood of approval for any individual petition.

4. Accounts

The Service is free to use, with or without an account. Creating an account is optional and lets you save research results and a short profile so future research starting points can be more relevant — see Privacy Policy for exactly what’s stored. We do not sell reports, subscriptions, or personalized assessments. The AI research assistant identifies pathways worth researching and organizes official sources; it does not determine eligibility, predict approval odds, or give legal advice, regardless of whether you have an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping it at scale, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. The underlying USCIS decisions are public government records; the structured data, extraction pipeline, and presentation on this site may not be republished commercially without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on the Service, including reliance on its characterization of any USCIS decision.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
