What documents does Express Entry need for your marital status?
One of four documents, depending on the status you declared: a marriage certificate if you declared “married”, a common-law union form [IMM 5409] if “common-law”, a divorce certificate and legal separation agreement if “divorced”, or a death certificate if “widowed”.
IRCC ties each document to the status you declared rather than to your circumstances as it understands them, so the condition is something you apply yourself.
