How current these are
We read these amounts on 2026-09-07. MOM does not publish an effective date for them, and does not say when they are next reviewed — so we cannot tell you how current they are, only when we looked. MOM does date changes when it means to: on the same site it says the S Pass qualifying salary rises on 1 January 2027. It has said nothing equivalent about these fees. What this leaves out
- Family passes. MOM warns that applying for them alongside the main pass loses their fees if the main application is rejected, so adding them to a total would present a figure MOM itself cautions against.
- The S Pass levy. A recurring employer charge on a separate MOM page, not an application fee. Mixing a one-off with a monthly obligation would produce a “cost” that means nothing.
- Currency conversion. Rates move and they are not MOM’s data.
