How much is the immigration health surcharge?
For a single adult on a 3-year visa the surcharge alone, before the application fee, is £3,924.

The surcharge is a yearly rate multiplied by the length of the visa you are granted, which follows your certificate of sponsorship rather than anything you choose. GOV.UK charges a lower yearly rate to applicants who are under 18 when they apply. It also lists exemptions — including Health and Care Worker visa holders and their dependants — which are conditions you check, not ones this page applies.
