What documents do you need for a UK Skilled Worker visa?
GOV.UK lists six things you'll need to provide, and six more you might be asked for depending on your circumstances.
The split matters more than the count. Four of the six required items are values your sponsor sets rather than documents you hold: the certificate of sponsorship reference number, your job title and salary as sponsored, the occupation code, and the employer's sponsor licence number. If you do not have your certificate of sponsorship, GOV.UK's instruction is to ask your employer for a copy.
